Shipping is free for orders within Germany!

Our partner pharmacies strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Standard shipping times are listed in the table below. There are no deliveries on Sundays or holidays.

EU zone: €4.95 shipping fee. For orders totaling We'll cover the shipping for orders over €49.

Other countries: We currently ship only within the EU. We do not ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other countries outside the EU.

Cancel or return an order?

Since our formulations are custom-made for each individual at one of our partner pharmacies, we cannot simply accept returns because we cannot resell them. If you have ordered a custom blend and have a complaint, we will work with you to find a solution. Please contact our customer service team directly so that we can best assist you.
