Inga Jöck

Holistic Female Coach, Physiotherapist

Inga Jöck is a Holistic Female Coach and state-certified physiotherapist. For over 20 years, she has accompanied and treated women with a wide variety of health issues as a physiotherapist. The call to follow her heart - holistic women's health - became louder and louder through her years of experience in bodywork with women, numerous further training courses, exchanges with patients and doctors and her own cycle issues. Inga Jöck followed her heart and also completed training as a Holistic Female Coach. This path enables her to see women in their entirety and support them in the best possible way on their individual path to hormonal balance. In this field, she sees the absolute necessity of looking at things individually, listening and providing personal support. Her expertise in the field of holistic women's health allows her to accompany women on their very own path with great sensitivity. For her, body, mind and soul form an inseparable unit. It is her heartfelt wish that women no longer have to hide their female issues.

AD(H)S in women and the role of the menstrual cycle

What is it about

AD(H)S affects many people, but the disorder often manifests differently in women than in men. Women are often undiagnosed for longer because the symptoms can be more subtle or different. Of particular interest is how the menstrual cycle influences the symptoms.
The female cycle has a major influence on brain chemistry and therefore on AD(H)S symptoms. Hormonal fluctuations during the menstrual cycle, particularly changes in oestrogen and progesterone, can increase or decrease symptoms.
Women with AD(H)S also often experience a constant balancing act between overstimulation and understimulation.
In this webinar with Inga Jöck, we would like to take a closer look at strategies for everyday life and provide helpful insights and information.
